Terms & Conditions

  1. Upon Payment of these items, I agree I will not sell, transfer, export, reexport any of the products purchased with knowledge that a violation of the Export Administration Act has occurred. This includes the sale, transfer, export, and reexport of said products to any individuals on the denied persons list, and any country on the denied country list.
  2. For orders over 150 lbs, the shipping price will be added and included in your email receipt.

Conditions of sale

Prices are FOB Michigan City, IN.

BILLING
All orders will be billed via credit card after approval.

FREIGHT CHARGES
Freight will be shipped UPS and the charges will be calculated based on the actual weight of the shipment.

PRODUCT RETURNS
No returns on all products after 15 days from shipment. Please email sanlo@sanlo.com for a Return Authorization prior to returning shipment. Include a printed copy of the Return Authorization email with the shipment.

Vinyl and Nylon Coated Wire Rope: Product can be returned to Sanlo as long as the plastic wrap has not been opened.

A 20 % re-stocking fee will be assessed for all returned merchandise.
